Product Description Tazer DT For owners of the new 2019 or newer Ram 1500 (New Body Style Only, including Ram TRX), the Tazer DT is an essential tool. It features three main categories of functions: 1. Vehicle Settings: Accessed with the engine OFF, these changes include altering tire size, gear ratios, or settings for other upgrades. These changes remain in place even after the Tazer DT is disconnected. 2. Live Functions: These operations are accessible with the engine ON, and the Tazer DT must be presently connected. 3. “Non-Menu” Live Functions: These functions, located directly in the system and activated by other control mechanisms, are also accessible only while the Tazer DT is physically connected.

The Tazer DT can perform a wide range of functions, including reading and clearing DTCs system-wide or in specific modules, changing tire size, gear ratio, and transfer case LOW ratio, enabling/disabling the TPMS system, setting TPMS pressure warning limits, enabling/disabling the backup camera, enabling/disabling CD input, and much more. It can also adjust for larger tires, deactivate the TPMS sensor, change the TPMS warning PSI, and calibrate the speedometer for non-factory tires.

The Tazer DT can also activate the backup camera when turn signals are used, the park cam when front parking sensors are triggered, and more. It can disable auto stop/start, traction control, and enable drive mode memory, disconnect the sway bar in 2WD, control the axle locker, activate cooldown mode, winch mode, line lock, and rock crawl, among other functions.
