With the patented open-faced design of its T-bar safety hook, the Anchor Gym makes transitions between exercises as easy as looping and pulling. Made of solid steel components, the Anchor Gym is a space-saving powerhouse capable of supporting up to 800 pounds of resistance. Wood mounting hardware is included for installation, and detailed instructions are provided for different wall types.
