Our start came from a labor of love by inventor and personal trainer Aaron “Az” Laurence. He developed the YBell as part of his own brand of High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) because using traditional training tools like dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls was becoming impractical with his growing number of clients.
